Welcome to Snubb. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Snubb.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Snubb, you confirm that:

  • • You are at least 13 years old
  • • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms
2. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Snubb is a safe space for personal growth, reflection, and community. We strictly prohibit:

  • • Hate speech or discriminatory language
  • • Harassment, bullying, or threats
  • • Sexual, violent, or explicit content
  • • Promotion of illegal activity or self-harm
  • • Spam, scams, or malicious links

Violation of these guidelines may result in the immediate removal of your content and/or permanent ban from the app.

3. User-Generated Content

You may create, share, and interact with content on Snubb, including text, images, or journal entries.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Moderation and Reporting

To protect the community:

  • • We use content filters to automatically flag inappropriate material
  • • Users can report content or other users by using the in-app "Report" button
  • • Users can block others from interacting with them
  • • We review and act on reported content within 24 hours. This may include removing content and banning users

If you see something concerning, please report it immediately.

5. Blocking and Community Controls

You may block other users at any time. This will:

  • • Hide their content from your view
  • • Prevent them from contacting or interacting with you
6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Snubb after updates means you accept the new version.

Snubb is intended for reflection and support, not as a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a crisis, please seek help from qualified professionals or emergency services.
